As Ansible Vault is needed for this role it should be checked if a vault password is provided.

Otherwise it should be checked if borg_repo_passphrase is decrypted.

I couldn't figure out how to assert if the variable is a vault secret.

In addition some users may not want to use ansible vault for the passphrase. Therefore I do not assert it for now.
